Scotland County Literacy Council: The Literacy Council (LC) provides one-on-one tutoring and small group classes for all ages in various literacy areas. The LC provides assistance with most academic subjects such as reading, writing, & math. Also offered is English as a Second Language (ESL), GED, CNA, Work Keys, etc. preparation, as well as homework assistance for school-age children.
