The Scotland County 4-H Program is a youth and volunteer development organization.  Four-H assists youth, ages 5-18, in developing knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable them to become productive and contributing members of society.  Educational programming is conducted through 4-H clubs, special interest, school enrichment and after-school programs.
